Fiction, ads, luxury and digital film director
From fashion to architecture, including luxury crafts, Sébastien Spitz has directed more than a hundred picture, inspirational or “know-how” movies, offering his sensibility to such brands as Addiction, Armani, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chanel, Lacoste, Longchamp, L’Oreal, Lucien Barrière, Marithé François Girbaud, Remy Martin, Van Cleef and Arpels…
With a real desire to experiment and a visceral need to tell stories, numerous projects have followed : short and medium-length films selected in festivals, short programs for television (notably 180 episodes for AXA), film presenting Paris’s bid for the 2024 Olympic Games, music videos, billboards or advertisements in France and abroad.
Meanwhile, in 2011 he sets up his production company, Be Light Films, to strengthen his expertise among brands who trust him and hosts in France as executive producer shootings of foreign companies ( Germany, USA, South Korea, Lebanon…).
As a director, he continues to search from film to film to capture the energy of the actors, the personalities, the artists he meets, the magic of a place or of a light in motion. Passionate about images and people, he places collaboration at the heart of his approach and humbly seeks to transmit the beauty of the world.
He also develops fiction projects with a desire to defend sincere stories, strong visions guided by emotions and fantasy.
